That’s why our Stone-Pressed Black Mustard Oil is crafted through a time-tested cold-stone extraction process, starting with black mustard seeds selected from trusted farms. The seeds are slowly crushed between granite stones, preserving the oil’s natural aroma, rich colour and nutrients — then single-filtered at temperature below 45 °C to retain full strength. Ideal for Indian cooking methods including tadka, stir-fry, deep-fry and everyday mains. The deep, bold flavour of black mustard enhances everything from rice to rotis, pickles to braises.
