Palan Poshan Stone-Pressed Sunflower Oil is made the traditional way — gently extracted by slow stone pressing from carefully selected sunflower seeds, then single-filtered below 45°C to preserve aroma and nutrients. Unlike heavily refined oils, our stone-pressed process keeps the natural goodness intact: bright, nutty flavour, delicate aroma and a high level of naturally occurring vitamin E and antioxidants.
A light, pleasant nutty aroma with a clean finish — it enhances dals, sabzis, stir-fries, roasted vegetables and dressings without overpowering ingredients. Use it for tadka, sauté, shallow frying, or as a neutral, healthy base in modern recipes.
