Palan Poshan Stone-Pressed White Sesame Oil is made using the traditional slow-stone extraction method that preserves the seed’s delicate aroma, natural antioxidants and essential fatty profile. We select premium white sesame seeds, stone-press them at low temperature, and single-filter below 45°C to remove sediments while keeping nutrients intact. The result is a clean, nutty oil with authentic aroma and a rounded, mellow taste — perfect for Indian kitchens and modern recipes alike. Use for tempering (tadka), sautéing at medium heat, dressings, marinades, and finishing drizzles on salads, rice bowls and steamed vegetables.
